Summer is finally here and so is our healthy Pina Colada smoothie recipe! This is the perfect smoothie for you to enjoy with your family and friends during get togethers. Not only is it healthy, but it is also refreshing for those super hot summer days. Not everyone can be on a beach, so let’s bring something tropical home.

Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe


1 Fresh or Frozen Organic Banana
1 Cup Fresh or Frozen organic Pineapple chunks
2/3 cup Pina Colada or Pineapple Juice, preferably organic.
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Milk
A handful of ice cubes

Getting started on this tropical smoothie.


This one is pretty simple. All you have to do is add all of the ingredients to a blender and puree. This takes approximately one minute. Make sure to blend the ingredients long enough to ensure that your smoothie is creamy and evenly incorporated.

Once your smoothie is ready, you may pour it into a tall glass and add a pineapple wedge on the side, sprinkles coconut shavings or some seeds.

Give Your Smoothie a Tropical Vibe

Surprise your guests by serving your smoothies in a small coconut or pineapple. This will add a tropical vibe to your next party!

Helpful Tip:

If too thick, add a little more juice until you achieve your preferred consistency.

If you want a creamier smoothie, you’ll need to add in a thickener. Great options to thicken your smoothie include: kefir yogurt, yogurt, coconut meat, protein powder, or ice. These options are also a great way to add additional protein and nutrients if your your smoothie is a meal replacement.
